What we kindly ask from you

  • Review and understand the applicable warranty terms and coverage period before submitting a claim.
  • Retain proof of purchase and relevant order details.
  • Provide accurate, detailed information about the issue or defect encountered.
  • Cooperate with FiN's support team during inspection and evaluation.

Information to include

  • Order or invoice date.
  • Product name and quantity.
  • Description of the issue or defective component.
  • Quantity affected.
  • Photos or supporting documents where applicable.

Incomplete information may delay the evaluation and replacement process.

What's covered

Warranty applies from the date of delivery, based on normal installation and standard usage conditions.

What's not covered

The warranty does not cover defects, damages, or failures resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage during transportation by third-party carriers
  • Improper installation or assembly
  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Use in unsuitable environmental conditions
  • Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs by parties not approved by FiN

Claims & replacement window

Report any missing parts or visible defects within 3 Days of delivery to qualify for replacement at no additional charge. Later claims may not be accepted due to limits on verifying storage and handling after delivery. Replacement applies only to confirmed defective components — not the entire batch or order quantity.
